Overview… an impoverished bus driver in Nairobi, Kenya. Capheus desperately needs money for his mother’s AIDS treatment, but the pittance he makes from his bus driving business won’t cut it. When ruthless drug lord Silas makes him an offer, Capheus might not be able to refuse.
Personality… sunny, genuine, and compassionate, with a child-like sense of wonder. Capheus hasn’t had the easiest life, but that hasn’t dulled his sense of optimism. He is grateful and awed for things that the other members of his Cluster take for granted, such as airplanes and tea, and helps them keep things in perspective.
